Tender Notices
Tender invitations are published in the Government Gazette, in the local press, on the Internet, and in selected overseas journals as appropriate. Please visit the e-Gazette or click the name of the relevant bureaux/departments for details on tenders being let out by them. Enquiries on individual tender exercises may be directed to the contact person/ office shown in the related tender notice. For procedures on tender submission and the location of tender boxes, please refer to Submission of Tenders.
(Notes: Individual bureaux/ departments may let out
tenders for a variety of goods and services. However,
for the sake of easy reference, they are enumerated
below according to the nature of the tenders that may
be let out.
Some departments and bureaux which seldom initiate
tenders are not listed. In the event that tender
invitations are issued, they would also be posted in
individual department's homepage for

stores, furniture, textile, drugs and pharmaceuticals,
medical equipment, hardware, telecommunications, aircraft,
data processing and laboratory equipment, reading
materials, printing supplies and equipment, etc. )

construction, and other electrical and mechanical
engineering works; construction and management of
refuse transfer stations, landfills, and related waste
treatment facilities, etc.)

services, tenancy management services, property leasing
