The Government has rolled out the Programme to Enhance Talent Training for the Insurance Sector (Programme) since August 2016 to promote employment opportunities and career prospects in the insurance sector. Although the Programme was originally extended until March 2026, given the very positive response from the insurance industry, we have extended it for a further three years until 2028/29, focusing resources on subsidising targeted courses to assist the insurance industry in enhancing the professional capabilities of its practitioners.
