The Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Appeals Tribunal serves to hear appeals by any person who is aggrieved by a relevant decision made by the Monetary Authority under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584). The list of reviewable decisions is set out in Schedule 1 to the Ordinance.

A person aggrieved may refer, in writing, the decision to the Tribunal for review within 30 days after the decision is made by the Monetary Authority or within such further time as the Tribunal thinks fit. The Tribunal will meet only on a need basis.
