The Stablecoin Review Tribunal is established under the Stablecoins Ordinance (Cap. 656) for the purpose of reviewing specified decisions made by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (“HKMA”) under the Stablecoins Ordinance.

A person aggrieved may refer, in writing, the decision to the Tribunal for review within 30 days after the decision is made by the HKMA or within the period permitted by the Tribunal. The Tribunal will meet only on a need basis.
