Who Can Register?

Firms may apply for registration if:

• the business of the firm is to provide financial consultancy services; and
• the firm possesses a valid Business/Branch Registration Certificate issued under the Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310) by the Inland Revenue Department or equivalent document(s).
